On the morning of January 15th, 2019, DESHI GROUP "2018 Annual Summary Commendation and 2019 Mission Deployment Conference" was held successfully.
First of all, the annual conference announced the assessment results of the 2018 internal target contract and signed the contract for the new year. Then, Cui Shizhang, President of DESHI GROUP, made a speech entitled"Transmutation", summarizing the achievements of DESHI in 2018: Compared with last year, DESHI achieved sales revenue growth of 51%, employee income increased by 24.88%. DESHI completed six major events including matrix reform, remuneration and performance appraisal reform, etc. The President also planned the new goals to be achieved in terms of management transformation and operation in the coming year in his speech. We all expect DESHI's products, technologies and brands will reach new heights in 2019.
