On the morning of November 18th, the unveiling ceremony of Desheng (Zhanhua District, Binzhou City) Oil and Gas Development Co., Ltd. was held grandly. Leaders from Zhanhua District and Deshi Energy Technology Group attended the ceremony.
In order to strengthen cooperation among local governments, oil fields, and enterprises and seek common development, state-owned enterprises in Zhanhua District, Binzhou City, and Deshi Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. jointly invested in the establishment of Desheng Oil and Gas Development Co., Ltd. based on the principles of "mutual benefit, sincere cooperation, common development, and win-win" through friendly negotiations. The two parties signed an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" on November 5, 2020 and registered it in Zhanhua District, Binzhou City.
