In order to reverse the current situation of the team, Bazhou Deshi has carried out salary reform, reshaped rules and regulations, implemented safety management, consolidated efforts, and improved skills. Gradually, the overhaul team has become a benchmark demonstration team with strong qualifications, excellent work style, safety and efficiency, and has achieved many excellent results such as standardized on-site management, zero accidents in safety production, and good technological innovation effects. Since its establishment, the Bazhou Deshi Major Maintenance Team has repaired a total of 33 wells, including 7 complex and difficult wells, with a 100% qualification rate. In April 2019, the Bazhou Deshi Major Maintenance Team was awarded the honorary title of "Gold Medal Operation Team" by Northwest Oilfield.
