In order to deepen the understanding between schools and enterprises and enhance the brand image of Deshi employers, on November 19th, the 8th China University of Petroleum Shengli College (hereinafter referred to as Shengli College) "Deshi Cup" simulated interview competition sponsored by the group was successfully held at the Shida campus. Wang Xiaoyong, Vice Dean of Shengli College, and Cui Shizhang, Chairman of the Group, attended and served as judges for the final stage of this competition.
The competition adopts a elimination promotion system and is divided into three parts: "workplace scenario simulation", "leaderless group discussion", and "personal theme speech".
