The PetroChina B reservoir was implemented in December 2009, and the production decline in the pilot test area significantly slowed down. There were 10 effective wells, with an effective ratio of 48%. The injection pressure increased, and the increase in water content in the main wells was significantly suppressed. The average water content decreased from 72.2% to 57.0%, and the average daily oil production per well increased from 1.56 tons to 1.99 tons, with a 5% increase in stage recovery rate. One of the single wells increased its oil production from 0.24T to 2.68T, and its water content decreased from 61.9% to 29.5%.
Effect comparison:
The formation pressure increased from 13.4MPa to 14.3MPa, and the pressure maintenance level increased from 113.9% to 117.4%.
After the implementation of a single well in the pilot block in May 2012, the recovery rate of the experimental well group increased by 4 percentage points, and the recoverable reserves increased by 5.1x104t.
