The dedicated control cabinet for screw pumps consists of a cabinet body, electrical components, instruments, frequency converters, and central control modules. It can be remotely controlled, protected, and tuned through specific means, and is a centralized control, protection, and monitoring upper computer device.
Technical performance
The rated voltage is 380/660V, and a step-up transformer needs to be installed in the 660V control cabinet;
Adopting long-distance position free encoder vector control technology, it can adapt to cable lengths ≥ 2000m;
The speed control accuracy of long-distance vector control without position encoder is ± 0.2%;
Long distance non position encoder vector control speed fluctuation ± 0.3%;
The control cabinet is equipped with a screw pump with anti dry pumping function;
The control cabinet is equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motor anti demagnetization control technology, which effectively improves the service life of the motor;
The control cabinet is equipped with an electric submersible screw permanent magnet drive system with runaway protection function;
The installation and wiring of control cabinet components should be firm, upright, and correct, and all connecting wires should have clear, secure, and complete markings and labels;
All components in the control cabinet meet the performance requirements of relevant product standards for each component;
The electrical clearance, creepage distance, dielectric performance, temperature rise limit, and short-circuit protection inside the control cabinet comply with GB/T3797 regulations.
